On Saturday, March 29, former Atlantic County Institute of Technology standout Sophia Philippou’s current college team, the Bridgeport Purple Knights, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Chestnut Hill Griffins.

The game took place at CHC Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Griffins this season.

The Purple Knights’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 3 p.m. at CHC Softball Field against Chestnut Hill Griffins.
