Former Saint Joseph Academy standout Davi Jimenez played on Friday, May 9 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Friday, May 9, former Saint Joseph Academy standout Davi Jimenez’s current collegiate team the Goldey-Beacom Lightning lost 2-3 against the Wilmington Wildcats in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Jackson Athletic Complex at 10:30 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Wilmington Wildcats in the tournament.

The Goldey-Beacom Lightning’s next game will take place on Saturday, May 10 at 1 p.m. at Jackson Athletic Complex.
