Today, Congressman Van Drew announced the unanimous passage of H. Res. 481 in the House of Representatives. This bipartisan resolution addresses the increasing number of violent antisemitic attacks across the United States.

“At a time when Jewish Americans are facing threats, harassment, and violence simply because of who they are, Congress had a clear responsibility to respond,” stated Congressman Van Drew. He emphasized his pride in leading this effort to send a strong message against hatred and antisemitism in America. “We cannot ignore these attacks or dismiss them as isolated incidents. They are part of a serious and dangerous trend that must be condemned by all of us.”

The resolution reflects the House’s commitment to supporting respect and dignity for all individuals, ensuring that every American can live without fear within their community.
