On Sunday, April 13, former Atlantic County Institute of Technology standout Sophia Philippou’s current college team, the Bridgeport Purple Knights, won 10-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Caldwell Cougars.

The game took place at Caldwell Athletic Fields. This was their second matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Purple Knights’ next game is scheduled for Monday, April 14 at 2 p.m. at Jackson Athletic Complex against Goldey-Beacom Lightning.
