Shore Medical Center will host its 10th Annual “A Cause to Celebrate” Gala on October 10, 2025, at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. The event, themed “Old Hollywood,” will run from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m. and is open to the community.

This year’s gala will recognize the Renee Parker Monihan Foundation for its support of Shore Medical Center. The Foundation has contributed to emergency care by funding a pediatric specialty care room and renovating the family waiting area into a private space designed for comfort.

“These projects are more than just enhancements – they are heartfelt expressions of love and community,” said David Hughes, President and CEO of Shore Medical Center. “Every family touched by the Foundation experiences hope, comfort, and care in Renee Parker Monihan’s spirit. We are proud to honor their remarkable work and invite the community to celebrate with us.”

Attendees can expect live music from The Exceptions, dancing, gourmet food options including a raw bar, top-shelf spirits, a silent auction with exclusive items, and a 50/50 raffle. Proceeds from the event will go toward supporting programs, technology upgrades, and patient care initiatives at Shore Medical Center.

Tickets are priced at $250 each. Those interested in attending or supporting the event can RSVP or find more information at www.givetoshore.org or by contacting Jessica Giles at 609-653-3986 or jessica.giles@shoremedicalcenter.org.
