Shore Medical Center has highlighted the contributions of Glenda Stogel, appointing her as the March Employee of the Month. Since joining the center in 2021, Stogel has been integral in managing the Life Support Training Center, which includes overseeing certification needs in partnership with the American Heart Association (AHA).
Stogel began her career at Shore Medical Center as a PRN employee and has since transitioned to a leadership role. Her work has focused on expanding life support training programs and ensuring adherence to AHA standards.
“Glenda is an incredible asset to Shore Medical Center,” stated Jennifer Pero, MSN, RN, who supervises the Cardiopulmonary Rehab and the Life Support Training Center. Pero added that Stogel has been crucial during the pandemic, saying, “she is detail-oriented…thorough, dependable, and flexible, with a huge heart dedicated to Shore, the American Heart Association, our community, and her peers.”
Beyond her duties at the center, Stogel founded the Medical Explorers Program in 1991 and is active in volunteering within the community. She is a resident of Egg Harbor Township and enjoys traveling.
