On Wednesday, March 12, former St. Joseph Regional High School standouts Dan Maglio and Derek Benzinger’s current college team, the Monmouth Hawks, won 11-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Villanova Wildcats.

The game took place at Villanova Ballpark at Plymouth. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 4 p.m. at Capital One Park against Georgetown Hoyas.
