Attention all pet lovers (!!!) In celebration of National Dog Month this August the Hush Puppies Team is looking for YOUR help to give back to a breed that means a whole lot to us – our beloved Basset Hound. During the month of August, we have pledged to donate 100% (yes, 100%) of net proceeds from our beanies on Hushpuppies.com to a Basset Hound Rescue.
Our goal is to raise awareness for these amazing organizations and volunteers working hard to save and enrich the lives of our furry friends–and of course, raise money to support them, as well. You will find a full list of active Basset Rescues in the U.S. that will be eligible for our #BeaniesforBassets donation at the end of August, including Mid-Atlantic Basset Hound Rescue

Want to help us choose which rescue to donate the net proceeds to? Enter the photo contest, and the winner gets to choose from an approved list of rescues provided by Hush Puppies. WAIT, that’s not all! In addition to helping us decide what rescue proceeds will get donated to First AND Second prize winners will also receive a free pair of Hush Puppies shoes (yay).
