On Wednesday, April 2, former Atlantic County Institute of Technology standout Sophia Philippou’s current college team, the Bridgeport Purple Knights, won 12-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Felician Golden Falcons.

The game took place at Seaside Park Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Golden Falcons this season.

The Purple Knights’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 2:30 p.m. at Caldwell Athletic Fields against Caldwell Cougars.
