This Saturday, at 4pm join us for the Opening of our Community Project, Butterflies at the Bayshore.
On display will be over 50 paper Butterflies that were designed by the children of the Bayshore, who visited the Atlantic Highlands Chamber Farmer's Market this past Summer!
Also on display are two Rain Barrels, One painted by the many members of our community, and the other was designed by the incredibly talented and environmentally minded Lisa Bagwell.
In partnership with Wild About Atlantic Highlands: Gardening for Wildlife , this project seeks to educate Bayshore residents about turning their yard into a wildlife habitat, the importance of pollinators & gardening with Native plants.
As well as encouraging residents to adopt sustainable practices. Of course, making sure to have lots of fun with our community along the way!
This seasons long project was funded in part by the Monmouth Arts & was led by Atlantic Highlands' own, Bark Point Studio
Please join us, we hope to see all the local creatives who contributed to this project and helped make it a reality.
