It’s budget season! Network staff met last week with the Assembly Majority Office as part of our ongoing budget and policy advocacy for FY24. This year, we are focused on deploying ALL Affordable Housing Trust Fund dollars for the construction of low- and moderate-income affordable homes, increasing the highly-successful Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit program, and ending NJ’s racial wealth gap by investing in first-generation homeownership.
