The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Hector Tavarez, Friends of Hector Tavarez for Congress, refunded $100 to Brigid Ward on Sept. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Friends of Hector Tavarez for Congress has refunded $3,000 total since April 1.
